Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).7+ years of experience in furnace operations within the glass manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of furnace technology and production processes.Leadership and problem-solving skills.Good command of English and computer skills.
