The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the factory’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, budgeting, cost control, cash flow management, and compliance with financial regulations.
The role supports business profitability by providing financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Manage factory costing, including raw materials, production, labor, and overhead costs.
Analyze profitability, production costs, and inventory valuation.
Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow management.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Coordinate internal and external audits.
Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and support strategic decision-making.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years of progressiv experience as finance manger preferably within manufacturing, FMCG, detergent, or chemical industries.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Previous hands-on experience with SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems is highly preferred.
Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
