We are seeking a highly proactive Executive Assistant to serve as the CEO’s trusted business partner, driving execution, coordination, and strategic priorities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities· Manage the CEO Office, executive calendar, communications, and priorities.· Drive follow-up on strategic initiatives and ensure timely execution across departments.· Prepare executive meetings, reports, presentations, and dashboards.· Coordinate cross-functional projects, confidential matters, and business travel.· Support executive decision-making and stakeholder management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.· MBA is preferred.· 7+ years supporting CEOs or C-Level Executives.· Strong project management, reporting, communication, and organizational skills.· Fluent in English and Arabic.· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
