تنبيه: الوظيفة حضورية في مدينة الدمام بالمملكة العربية السعودية، ويشترط استعداد المرشح للانتقال من مصر إلى السعودية.A Saudi company specializing in perfumes and fragrance oils is looking for a hands-on E-commerce Operations Specialist – WooCommerce & Salla to manage, operate, and continuously improve its online store.The store currently operates on WordPress and WooCommerce and contains more than 1,000 products, with plans to add a large number of new products.
There is also a strong possibility that the store will later be migrated to Salla.The technical migration may be handled by an external specialist.
The selected employee will be responsible for preparing and reviewing product data, coordinating with the migration specialist, testing the store after migration, and operating the Salla store after launch.This is a practical, hands-on role.
It is not a programming position or a supervisory-only role.
The employee will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, product management, orders, inventory, content, SEO, promotions, reporting, marketing coordination, and sales improvement.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the WordPress and WooCommerce store.Take responsibility for operating the Salla store if the migration is completed.Add, edit, and update products, images, descriptions, prices, stock, categories, SKUs, sizes, options, attributes, and variations.Manage a product catalog containing more than 1,000 products with expected future growth.Perform bulk product, price, and inventory updates using Excel and CSV files.Clean and organize product data, identify duplicates, correct missing information, and resolve SKU and pricing inconsistencies.Maintain an accurate and updated master product file.Review product information and ensure it matches the physical inventory or ERP system.Monitor orders from placement until successful delivery.Follow up on pending payments, failed orders, cancellations, exchanges, returns, refunds, and delayed shipments.Coordinate with customer service, warehouse, inventory, accounting, shipping companies, and payment providers.Follow up on operational issues related to Tabby, Tamara, Aramex, payment gateways, and shipping providers.Create and manage discount codes, bundles, seasonal promotions, free-shipping offers, and other sales campaigns.Apply upselling, cross-selling, and related-product strategies.Monitor abandoned carts and support cart-recovery campaigns.Analyze best-selling, high-margin, slow-moving, and non-selling products.Suggest practical offers and campaigns to increase sales and move slow stock.Organize and update homepage sections, categories, banners, featured products, and best sellers.Improve product pages, navigation, filters, internal search, cart, checkout, and the mobile shopping experience.Write and improve Arabic product descriptions and product titles.Add fragrance notes, concentration, sizes, usage information, and other relevant product details.Resize and make basic adjustments to product images.Create simple banners and promotional designs using Canva or Photoshop.Coordinate with photographers, designers, content creators, marketers, and developers.Optimize product and category titles and descriptions for SEO.Use Rank Math and apply on-page SEO best practices.Write Meta Titles and Meta Descriptions.Conduct keyword research related to perfumes and fragrance oils.Monitor Google Search Console, indexing, impressions, clicks, and technical errors.Monitor Google Analytics and e-commerce performance reports.Coordinate with SEO specialists when advanced technical work is required.Work closely with performance marketers and advertising agencies.Provide marketers with product lists, offers, pricing, landing pages, and campaign information.Monitor key e-commerce and marketing indicators, including Conversion Rate, Average Order Value, Cost per Order, ROAS, Abandoned Carts, and Return Rates.Participate in preparing monthly marketing and sales plans.Prepare weekly reports covering completed tasks, products, orders, issues, and performance.Prepare monthly reports covering sales, traffic, conversion rates, products, campaigns, and improvement recommendations.Document store settings, integrations, procedures, applications, and operational processes.Maintain organized files for products, images, reports, and store data.Protect the confidentiality of customer and company information.Continuously identify operational issues and recommend improvements to increase sales and improve customer experience.Migration Coordination ResponsibilitiesPrepare and clean product data before the possible migration to Salla.Coordinate with the external specialist responsible for the technical migration.Review migrated products, images, prices, stock, categories, SKUs, options, and descriptions.Test search, categories, filters, product pages, checkout, payment, shipping, and notifications after migration.Record migration errors and follow up with the specialist until they are corrected.Verify that the store is fully operational before final launch.
Proven hands-on experience managing and operating a live e-commerce store.Good practical experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.Practical experience with Salla is strongly preferred.Willingness and ability to learn and operate Salla if the store is migrated from WooCommerce.Experience managing large product catalogs, preferably more than 500 products.Experience adding and updating product titles, images, descriptions, prices, stock, categories, SKUs, attributes, options, sizes, and variations.Ability to manage more than 1,000 products accurately and maintain an organized master product file.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and CSV files.Good knowledge of VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, data cleaning, duplicate detection, data validation, and SKU matching.Experience performing bulk product, price, and inventory updates.Experience managing orders, payments, shipping, cancellations, exchanges, returns, and refunds.Good understanding of inventory management and coordination with warehouses or ERP systems.Familiarity with Saudi payment and shipping services such as Tabby, Tamara, Aramex, and other payment gateways and shipping providers is preferred.Good knowledge of e-commerce SEO and on-page optimization.Practical experience using Rank Math.Practical knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.Ability to optimize product and category titles, descriptions, Meta Titles, and Meta Descriptions.Good understanding of keyword research, indexing, sitemaps, broken links, and basic SEO reporting.Ability to write and improve professional Arabic product descriptions.Ability to prepare attractive product titles and structured product information.Good knowledge of Canva for product images and simple promotional banners.Basic or intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is preferred.Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce sales growth.Ability to coordinate effectively with performance marketers, designers, content creators, developers, and advertising agencies.Experience supporting promotions, discount codes, bundles, seasonal offers, free-shipping campaigns, and abandoned-cart recovery.Understanding of upselling, cross-selling, and related-product strategies.Ability to analyze best-selling, high-margin, slow-moving, and non-selling products.Good understanding of key e-commerce metrics, including:Conversion RateAverage Order ValueCost per OrderROASAbandoned CartsCancellation and Return RatesNew and Returning CustomersAbility to suggest practical marketing and operational actions to increase sales.Ability to prepare weekly and monthly reports covering products, orders, sales, traffic, campaigns, problems, and improvement recommendations.Good command of English.Strong Arabic writing skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Good organizational, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and execute tasks personally, not only supervise others.Ability to coordinate with customer service, warehouse, inventory, accounting, shipping, marketing, design, and technical teams.Ability to document store procedures, settings, integrations, and completed tasks.Willingness to relocate from Egypt and work full-time on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.Ability to work 6 days per week according to the company’s working schedule.Willingness to complete a practical test before hiring.
