Overview: As our Creative Director, you will be the artistic heartbeat of our organization, responsible for defining and executing the creative vision across all marketing, design, and media initiatives.
You will champion innovation, maintain brand consistency, and inspire a culture of creative excellence.
Responsibilities:Develop and implement a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with business objectives.Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, artists, and content creators.Oversee the conceptualization and execution of all creative projects, from initial brief to final delivery.Ensure all creative output is on-brand, high-quality, and impactful across various platforms.Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver integrated campaigns.Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.Present creative concepts and strategies to stakeholders with confidence and clarity.
Skills & Technologies: You will leverage your expertise in Creative strategy, Design principles, and advanced Graphic Design techniques. A strong understanding of modern Marketing practices, Art Direction, Brand Strategy, and proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite are essential.
Your ability in Team Leadership and Project Management will be key to your success.

Experience & Expertise:A minimum of 5-10 years of progressive experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional Creative vision and execution.Proven track record as a Manager or similar leadership position, successfully guiding creative teams and projects.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Exceptional proficiency in Creative strategy, Design principles, and advanced Graphic Design.Deep understanding of modern Marketing techniques and campaign development.Demonstrable experience in Art Direction and developing cohesive Brand Strategy.Strong capabilities in Team Leadership, motivation, and professional development.Expertise in Project Management, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery of creative assets.Proficiency with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.Outstanding Communication, presentation, and Storytelling abilities.A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with a strong grasp of Visual Communication.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Cairo, Egypt.
