The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operation within our organisation by providing administrative support, managing schedules, coordinating meetings and handling confidential information.
Responsibilities:The Executive Administrative Assistant to Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for the followings:Providing executive administrative assistance and support to the Vice president.Preparing minutes of meeting.Managing the directors calendar.Liaising with functional departmentsProviding general administrative assistance to the Vice president.Travel arrangements and ability to travel abroad with the directors.
Job Requirements3-5 years of relevant experience.Fluency in English with professional speaking skills.Bachelor of Business Administration is OR commerce English department.Skills:Excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in using office software tools, such as Microsoft word, excel sheets and presentation software.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously.Problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFlexibility and ability to adjust to changing priorities and unexpected situations.Maintaining high level of professionalism and confidentiality in interactions and tasksHigh Presentability with professional appearance.
