Receive calls and WhatsApp messages from dentists and register their ordersEnter orders accurately on our Odoo system (Order Form)Verify order details (product – quantity – doctor's data – address)Follow up on orders and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teamsRespond to doctors' inquiries professionally and quickly
Minimum 4 years experience in data entry or customer serviceHigh accuracy and speed in data entryPrevious experience with Odoo (or a similar ERP system) is preferredExcellent communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude
