Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting and serve as a key point of contact for external auditors.Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the accounting department to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong command of Accounting principles, robust expertise in Finance, and proven abilities in Financial Analysis and Financial Management.
Proficiency in accounting software, advanced Excel skills, and a solid understanding of GAAP/IFRS are essential.
