Responsibilities:· Master the Visa Section: Expertly manage and process a high volume of tourism visa applications for various destinations worldwide.· Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel needs, assess eligibility, and provide accurate, up-to-date information on visa requirements.· Document Preparation & Review: Assist clients in preparing all necessary documentation, meticulously reviewing applications to ensure accuracy and completeness, minimizing potential delays or rejections.· Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of the latest changes in worldwide visa regulations and policies to provide informed and compliant advice.· Sales & Service: Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities, guiding clients through the entire application process with professionalism and empathy.· Problem Resolution: Address client inquiries, concerns, and potential issues with efficiency and a solution-oriented approach.· Database Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records and application statuses.
