We are a lean, entrepreneurial team driven by innovation, speed, and data-based decision making.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Specialist with 4–6 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce growth.As a key member of the Performance Marketing team, you will own the execution, optimization, analysis, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to drive customer acquisition, improve marketing efficiency, and accelerate revenue growth across multiple channels.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with hands-on campaign management and enjoys operating in a fast-paced, data-driven e-commerce environment.
Performance Marketing & Campaign Management Own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of paid media campaigns across Amazon Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, bid strategies, audience targeting, and keyword optimization to maximize performance.Monitor budget pacing and forecast performance against growth targets and business objectives.
Lead the execution of product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer acquisition, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Performance Analysis & ReportingAnalyze campaign performance and track key metrics including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CAC, CTR, conversion rates, and customer acquisition trends.Develop actionable insights from campaign, customer, and marketplace data to support business growth.Create weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations and optimization opportunities.Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and category developments to identify growth opportunities.Present findings, insights, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Testing & Conversion OptimizationLead experimentation initiatives across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign structures.Develop testing hypotheses, measure results, and translate findings into optimization opportunities.Partner with creative and content teams to improve conversion rates and advertising effectiveness.Collaborate with e-commerce teams to optimize Amazon listings and Shopify landing pages for improved performance.Analytics & TrackingMaintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks to ensure visibility into performance across channels.Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, Amazon Advertising Console, and related analytics platforms.Ensure accurate attribution, conversion tracking, and measurement across marketing channels.Identify tracking gaps and recommend solutions to improve reporting accuracy and decision-making.Maintain campaign tagging standards and measurement frameworks.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with creative, content, e-commerce, and marketplace teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.Coordinate with external agencies, partners, and vendors when required.Partner with leadership to identify growth opportunities and recommend performance marketing strategies.Share insights and recommendations that influence creative direction, product launches, and customer acquisition initiatives.
QualificationsRequired4-6 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or e-commerce.Hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Strong understanding of KPIs including ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, and Shopify Analytics.Proven ability to optimize campaigns and improve marketing performance through data analysis.
Experience with keyword research, campaign buildout, bid management, and audience targeting.
Familiarity with retargeting and remarketing strategies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
PreferredExperience with Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.
Experience working within beauty, skincare, consumer products, or e-commerce brands.Exposure with TikTok Shop and TikTok Ads.
Familiarity with attribution and reporting tools such as Triple Whale or Northbeam.
Experience collaborating with creative teams to develop performance-driven marketing assets.
