Junior Performance Marketing Analyst - Remote

We are a lean, entrepreneurial team focused on rapid growth, innovation, and data-driven decision making.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Performance Marketing Coordinator to support our paid media and e-commerce growth efforts across Amazon Ads, Google, Meta, TikTok, and Shopify.This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who wants hands-on exposure to performance marketing, e-commerce analytics, and brand growth within a fast-moving beauty company. You will work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to help execute campaigns, analyze results, track KPIs, and improve marketing effectiveness.
