Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Scientific Office Manager to lead our Scientific Office team in handling the registration and compliance of cosmetic products.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing cosmetic product registrations, preparing and submitting regulatory documentation, following up with the Ministry of Health, and ensuring full compliance with local regulations and registration requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Scientific Office team, assigning tasks and ensuring smooth workflow across all registration activities.Oversee the registration of cosmetic products through the Ministry of Health platform and other relevant regulatory systems.Prepare, review, and submit regulatory files, product registration dossiers, and all required documentation for cosmetic products.Follow up on registration status, approvals, renewals, and product updates with the Ministry of Health and related authorities.Ensure that all cosmetic product information, packaging, labeling, and documentation comply with local regulatory requirements and company standards.Maintain and organize registration records, certificates, approvals, and official correspondence.Coordinate with internal departments such as Quality, Purchasing, Operations, and Marketing to gather required product and registration information.Monitor regulatory changes, Ministry of Health updates, and cosmetic registration requirements to ensure continuous compliance.Support new product launches by ensuring all registration and regulatory requirements are completed on time.Identify and resolve regulatory issues efficiently and provide guidance and support to the Regulatory Affairs team.Prepare regular reports and updates for management regarding registration progress, pending approvals, and compliance status.
RequirementsMales OnlyBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field.Proven experience in Regulatory Affairs, specifically in cosmetic product registration.Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Ministry of Health cosmetic registration procedures and local regulatory requirements.Good understanding of cosmetic product documentation, labeling, and compliance requirements.Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Excellent organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
