Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all maintenance activities, ensuring peak operational performance and minimizing downtime.Strategically plan, execute, and monitor a diverse portfolio of projects from conception through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Manage and mentor a dedicated team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous learning.Implement and optimize preventive maintenance programs to extend asset lifespan and enhance reliability.Utilize advanced design software such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD Design for project planning, modifications, and problem-solving.Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to align maintenance and project objectives with overall business goals.Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational processes and reduce costs.
