Install, commission, and configure ICU & OR medical equipment at customer sites.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to manufacturer standards.Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software-related issues.Respond promptly to service calls and ensure timely resolution of technical problems.Conduct equipment inspections, calibration, and performance verification to ensure optimal functionality.Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance records, and documentation.Provide technical support and basic user training following installation and maintenance activities.Coordinate with application specialists, sales teams, and factory technical support when required.Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.Manage spare parts inventory and recommend replacement parts when necessary.Participate in equipment upgrades, software updates, and field modifications.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering high-quality after-sales technical support.
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.1–3 years of experience in servicing and maintaining ICU & OR medical equipment.Hands-on experience with one or more of the following equipment is preferred:Patient MonitorsVentilatorsAnesthesia MachinesInfusion & Syringe PumpsElectrosurgical Units (ESU)Surgical LightsOperating TablesSuction UnitsDefibrillatorsStrong knowledge of electrical, electronic, and computer-based medical systems.Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues and performing preventive maintenance.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and customer service skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and service documentation tools.Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.Valid driver's license is preferred.
