Internship Duration: 3 Months (Full-Time)Internship Description: We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for fresh graduates.
As a Multitasking Operations Intern, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in multitasking, operational tasks, filing, writing, and language skills (English & Arabic).
This internship requires a full-time commitment of 8 hours per day, with Saturdays & Fridays off, for a duration of 3 months.
It provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in time management, teamwork, and operations.
Responsibilities:Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including organization and filing of documents.Support various administrative functions, such as data entry and record keeping.Conduct research and gather information as needed.Write clear and concise reports, emails, and other written communications.Utilize language skills in both English and Arabic for tasks requiring bilingual proficiency.Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.Collaborate with team members on assigned projects and contribute effectively.Demonstrate punctuality and adhere to the internship schedule.Maintain open and effective communication with team members and supervisors.Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:Proficiency in both English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Basic operational skills and familiarity with office tasks and procedures.Active involvement in extracurricular activities, student organizations, volunteering, or other initiatives outside of university is preferred.Strong filing and organizational skills to maintain documents and records.Effective time management skills to meet project deadlines.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute actively to discussions.Punctuality and commitment to working the full-time schedule for 3 months.Strong multitasking abilities and the capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
