Strategic Communication: Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for Negotiation and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Collaborative Spirit: Ability to excel in Stakeholder Management and work effectively with diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.
