Responsibilities:Supervise and manage all mechanical installations on-site, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.Conduct regular inspections of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, to identify and resolve potential issues.Coordinate with civil, electrical, and architectural teams to ensure integrated project delivery.Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring preventative and corrective measures are implemented efficiently.Prepare and review technical reports, progress updates, and documentation for project stakeholders.Implement and enforce safety regulations and best practices on site.Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical engineering challenges that arise during project execution.
Skills & Technologies: This role demands a strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering, coupled with practical experience in Maintenance and Site Supervision.
Proficiency in understanding and implementing solutions related to HVAC Systems, Plumbing Systems, and Fire Protection Systems is crucial.
Experience with Project Management and Quality Control methodologies will be highly valued.
