Overview: As our Construction Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our on-site operations.

Responsibilities:Lead and oversee all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Implement and enforce stringent quality control and safety protocols, fostering a culture of excellence and well-being.Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.Identify and mitigate potential risks, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients.Mentor and develop on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
