We are looking for a Customer Experience Agent to join our growing team.
This role is not only about answering customer questions.
We need someone with a customer hunter mindset. A proactive person who can follow up, engage customers, identify opportunities, and help convert inquiries into active customers across ShipToBox and our other businesses.

What You’ll DoCommunicate with customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and chatFollow up with new leads, inquiries, and inactive customersSupport customers through onboarding and first-order completionBuild strong customer relationships and improve satisfactionIdentify customer needs and recommend the right serviceHelp convert interested customers into active customersSupport retention, reactivation, and customer engagement campaignsResolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionallyEscalate issues when needed and follow up until resolvedMaintain accurate records, notes, and customer follow-up updatesCoordinate with internal teams to improve the customer journeySupport ShipToBox and other company services when needed
What We’re Looking ForExcellent English communication skills, written and spokenStrong customer service and problem-solving skillsA proactive “customer hunter” mindsetAbility to follow up confidently without being pushyGood computer skills and attention to detailPositive attitude, ownership mindset, and willingness to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentComfortable speaking with international customersPrevious experience in customer service, call center, customer success, telesales, or lead follow-up is a plusThe Right Candidate Should Be Able ToThink beyond basic support and look for growth opportunitiesTurn customer questions into positive service experiencesFollow up with customers professionally and consistentlyUnderstand customer concerns and help remove barriersWork with clear targets related to response, follow-up, satisfaction, and conversionRepresent the company in a friendly, professional, and trustworthy way
