Your work will directly impact project profitability and operational efficiency, making this a truly rewarding role.What You'll Be Doing:Oversee Financial Operations: Manage all on-site accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries specific to construction projects.Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and analyze variances to ensure projects remain on financial track.Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, statements, and reconciliations for project management and head office.Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to all accounting principles, company policies, and local tax regulations, assisting with internal and external audits.Supplier & Subcontractor Management: Process invoices, manage payments, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain precise records of site assets and inventory, performing regular reconciliations.
