Responsibilities:Expertly manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with impeccable accuracy.Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports, ensuring executives are fully equipped.Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity, safeguarding sensitive data.Streamline office operations, implementing efficient administrative systems and procedures.Act as a primary communication liaison, drafting correspondence, screening calls, and managing email inquiries.Organize and maintain comprehensive physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.Proactively anticipate administrative needs and provide innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
Skills & Technologies: We are looking for an individual with a strong command of Office Management and Administration best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
Your expertise in Calendar Management, Meeting Coordination, and Record Keeping will be critical to your success.
