Configuration Intake Specialist

We are looking for a Configuration Intake Specialist to join our Global Engineering Services Launch team, supporting the rollout of new fulfillment and logistics sites across the MEATR region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Rest of Region). This role sits at the operational heart of our launch process: owning intake workflows, managing configuration requests, and keeping stakeholders aligned as new buildings go live. Key Responsibilities • Execute end-to-end intake workflows for new site launches, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery • Manage, triage, and route incoming configuration requests through internal workflow management platforms • Own configuration intake tickets from receipt to resolution, maintaining SLA adherence and clear documentation throughout • Track ticket status, blockers, and progress; produce regular updates for senior stakeholders • Maintain intake trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms, keeping data current and accessible • Identify gaps in existing processes and propose practical improvements to streamline intake workflows • Escalate risks and issues proactively with well-documented context • Support ad-hoc projects as the team and launch pipeline scale • Experience with ticketing systems and intake or triage workflows (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical status clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) for tracking, reporting, and day-to-day collaboration Qualifications • Prior exposure to fulfillment center launch processes, warehouse configuration, or logistics network setup • Experience writing or maintaining SOPs and process documentation • Familiarity with fulfillment or logistics network topology • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent Software / programs / tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platformsRequired Years of Experience: 2-3 • Experience with ticketing systems and intake or triage workflows (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platforms) • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical status clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing competing priorities with minimal supervision • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) for tracking, reporting, and day-to-day collaboration Qualifications • Prior exposure to fulfillment center launch processes, warehouse configuration, or logistics network setup • Experience writing or maintaining SOPs and process documentation • Familiarity with fulfillment or logistics network topology • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent Software / programs / tools: Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams), e.g. ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ITSM platformsRequired Years of Experience: 2-3
