Project & Campaign ExecutionSupport both ATL & BTL activities execution.Handle end-to-end marketing operations: planning, coordination, execution, follow-ups.Task Management & ReportingMaintain detailed task trackers and timelines.Issue weekly & monthly reports (campaign performance, timelines, budget usage, vendors).Ensure on-time delivery of agency outputs, production elements, and activations.On-Ground & Operational DutiesMonitor BTL activations, booths, roadshows, POSM placement, retail branding.Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, printing houses, and field supervisors.Ability & willingness to travel across governorates when projects require.Digital & Social MediaAssist with platform management, content scheduling, campaign tracking.Support in reporting digital KPIs with the help of our agency.Align offline & online communications calendars.DocumentationMaintain marketing archives (contracts, briefs, quotations, artwork approvals).Ensure production specs, vendor requests, and delivery sheets are documented accurately.

Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years' experience in marketing operations, with hands-on ATL & BTL exposure.Strong project management capabilities (task follow-up, deadlines, multi-channel coordination).Exceptional attention to detail and structured documentation style.Strong reporting skills (Excel, PPT).Experience managing social media posts, calendars, approvals, and performance tracking.Self-driven, energetic, and capable of handling field duties when required.Strong communication skills with vendors, agencies, and internal teams.Key RequirementsPrevious experience in ATL & BTL marketing execution.Highly proactive with strong ownership mentality.Very good at following up with suppliers, agencies, internal teams, and production parties.Strong task monitoring skills with the ability to ensure smooth delivery and accurate timelines.Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting accuracy.Capable of maintaining project planning tasks and supporting campaign execution phases.Ability to travel across different governorates when needed to monitor on-ground activities.Strong social media management and tracking experience is preferred (content scheduling, reports, insights).Strong communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
