We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales and Business Development Specialist to join our dynamic team.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence.
The primary focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunitiesConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients.Develop and implement effective strategies to penetrate target markets and generate leads.Lead Generation:Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.Participate in creating targeted campaigns and promotional materials.Client Relationship Management:Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our solar power solutions.Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Sales Strategy and Planning:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and profit goals.Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions based on client needs.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and tactics.Proposal and Contract Negotiation:Prepare compelling proposals and quotations for potential clients.Lead negotiations to secure contracts and agreements that align with company objectives.
Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Master's degree is a plus.Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the renewable energy or solar industry.5+ Years experienceStrong understanding of solar projects and the renewable energy market.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
