Job Title: Station Standards SupervisorLocation: Cairo (2 gas stations – 5 minutes apart)Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PMReports to: Station Manager and OwnerMain ResponsibilityResponsible for the cleaning, maintenance, and safety protocols of both gas stations.In the future, he can build and manage his own team if needed.Key DutiesMake sure the stations are clean and well maintained at all times (grounds, pumps, bathrooms, customer sitting areas, and worker appearance)Ensure workers follow strict uniform and appearance standardsEnsure workers clean the stations 2 to 3 times per dayCheck both stations 2 to 3 times every day using a daily checklistWhen something is dirty or not maintained, immediately tell the worker supervisor and the station manager, and follow up until the problem is fixedTrain workers on proper cleaning methods and safety protocolsCheck and control cleaning materials and equipmentEnsure all gas station safety protocols are followedSend a daily written report to the ownerReport to the station manager and the owner Job RequirementsExperience from zero is acceptablePrevious experience in supervision and station apperance is preferredMust be very disciplined, strong, and hard (even if it means being strict or tough)Must be able to work in a very hard-working environmentMust use and follow a daily checklistAt least a college degree Job RequirementsExperience from zero is acceptablePrevious experience in supervision and station apperance is preferredMust be very disciplined, strong, and hard (even if it means being strict or tough)Must be able to work in a very hard-working environmentMust use and follow a daily checklistAt least a college degree
