ODZ Outfit is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Associate to join our team.Prepare and pack customer orders before handing them over to the shipping company.Receive returned orders from the shipping company and update inventory records.Follow up on shipments with the shipping company until successful delivery.Coordinate with shipping representatives to resolve any delivery issues.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.Conduct monthly inventory counts and maintain stock accuracy.Coordinate with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.Ensure accuracy and efficiency in all operational processes.
0–2 years of experience in Operations, Warehouse, Logistics, or a related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills.Willingness to learn and develop.Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.Bachelor's degree is preferred
