Conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards.Oversee construction activities and provide technical recommendations throughout the project lifecycle.Collaborate with internal teams to achieve project goals, schedules, and budgets.Request and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare and review tender documents, including technical specifications and scope of work.Compare quotations to ensure technical compliance and cost competitiveness.Prepare and manage project and subcontractor contracts, including Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and project schedules.Maintain accurate project documentation, progress reports, and compliance records.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architecture.2–4 years of experience in a similar role.Strong knowledge of BOQs, tendering, contracts, and procurement processes.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
