Travel Consultant

• Book domestic and international airline tickets efficiently and accurately using the Amadeus system. • Provide expert travel consultations to clients regarding the best destinations based on their budget, preferences, and requirements. • Recommend suitable hotels, resorts, and accommodations that match client needs and desired comfort level. • Plan and arrange all ground transportation and transfers (airport-hotel-tours-return) for each trip. • Coordinate various transportation services, including private transfers, shared shuttles, taxis, and limousines, according to client requests. • Compare and evaluate flight and hotel offers to secure the best value and prices for clients. • Monitor and manage client bookings while making necessary modifications until departure. • Deliver comprehensive pre-travel advice including visa requirements, travel insurance, baggage guidelines, and safety information. • Maintain long-term client relationships through excellent after-sales service and follow-up. • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome). • Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus (training will be provided). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong selling and negotiation abilities. • Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously. • Passion for travel and strong knowledge of international destinations (preferred). • Presentable appearance and professional attitude. • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, business administration, or any related field (fresh graduates are welcome). • Basic knowledge of the Amadeus reservation system is a plus (training will be provided). • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Strong selling and negotiation abilities. • Good command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings simultaneously. • Passion for travel and strong knowledge of international destinations (preferred). • Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
