We’re building a fast-growing digital media platform focused on creators, trends, and entertainment culture in Egypt, and we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who deeply understands the Egyptian social media landscape.
This role is for someone who knows what Egyptians actually watch, share, and react to online.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily posting across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X
• Distribute content tailored specifically for Egyptian audiences
• Track Egyptian trends, viral moments, and creator culture
• Write engaging captions in Egyptian Arabic that drive interaction
• Coordinate with production, editors, and creators
• Monitor engagement and optimize content performance
• Suggest growth campaigns and viral content ideas
• Support influencer collaborations and cross-posting strategy
Requirements
• Strong understanding of Egyptian TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends
• Awareness of local creators, meme culture, and viral topics
• Experience managing Egyptian entertainment, media, or creator pages
• Ability to write naturally in Egyptian Arabic
• Fast decision-making and trend spotting skills
• Basic video editing (CapCut or similar)
Bonus:
• Experience with creator collaborations
• Meme page or entertainment page background
• Graphic or motion skills
