Oversee daily school operations, facilities, and maintenanceSupervise administrative staff including HR, admissions, reception, and support staffManage vendor relationships, procurement, and supplier contractsCoordinate transportation, security, cleaning, and catering servicesDevelop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and workflowsSupport the Director in financial planning, budgeting, and cost controlEnsure regulatory and licensing compliance for all non-academic operationsOversee health, safety, and emergency procedures across the campusCoordinate logistics for school events, exams, and external visits
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field5+ years of experience in operations management, ideally in a school or educational institutionStrong leadership and people management skillsProven ability to build systems, processes, and SOPsExperience with vendor management, procurement, and basic budgetingExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong command of Arabic and EnglishProficient with Microsoft Office and basic management software
