Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Supervisor to lead recruitment activities across the organization.
The successful candidate will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage sourcing strategies, supervise recruitment operations, and ensure an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end recruitment process.Supervise recruitment specialists and coordinators.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.Develop sourcing strategies using multiple recruitment channels.Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Coordinate interviews and selection processes.Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring performance.Build and maintain talent pipelines.Support employer branding initiatives.Ensure recruitment processes follow company policies and best practices.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.4–6 years of recruitment experience.Minimum 2 years in a senior recruiter or supervisory role.Experience recruiting across different functions.Strong interviewing and assessment skills.Experience using ATS platforms.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
