General Accountant

Managing and overseeing all daily and monthly accounting operations, including journal entries, expenses, collections, bank balances, budgeting, and financial reporting.Main Duties and Responsibilities: • Monitor bank account movements and prepare bank reconciliations • Manage cash flow, treasury, and collections • Review and record expenses and supporting documents • Follow up on customer and supplier accounts • Issue invoices and reconcile accounts periodically • Record and monitor CAPEX & OPEX transactions • Assist in budgeting and preparation of financial statements • Prepare periodic financial reports for management • Prepare and process tax returns according to local laws Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting major) • 3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant or Financial Accountant • Experience with accounting systems / ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong understanding of accounting standards and bookkeeping Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Accounting major) • 3–5 years of experience as a General Accountant or Financial Accountant • Experience with accounting systems / ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Strong understanding of accounting standards and bookkeeping
