Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as-built drawings.Review architectural design drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents.Coordinate with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.Prepare RFIs, method statements, and quantity take-offs.Support procurement through material approvals and technical evaluations.Ensure compliance with project specifications and authority standards.Provide technical support to site execution and QA/QC teams.
Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering. (Governmental university).5+ years of experience including technical office work.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and MS Office.Familiarity with SEC/SBC and local authority standards is preferred.Strong communication and coordination and problem-solving skills.
