The HR & Administrative Officer will be responsible for managing HR processes, employee relations, White and Blue Collars recruitment, and administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced industrial setting.
Human Resource Duties:
• Manage the full recruitment cycle (WHITE AND BLUE COLLARS), including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Handle payroll, social insurance processing and attendance tracking.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and resolve workplace issues.Administrative Duties:
• Oversee office management, supplies, and facility maintenance.
• Organize meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
• Assist management with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications & Skills:
• CAPABILITY TO RECRUIT BLUE COLLAR/WORKERS IS A MUST.
• Prior 3 Years of Experience at least in HR Practices in an Industrial Environment or Civil Engineering.
• Knowledgeable about labor laws and HR best practices.
