Develop and expand export sales in existing and new international markets.Identify potential customers, distributors, and business partners worldwide.Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up until order confirmation.Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers to ensure long-term business growth.Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and finance departments to ensure timely order execution and shipment.Prepare and review export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping documents.Communicate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export operations.Monitor customer payments, shipment schedules, and after-sales support.Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and analyze competitors.Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.Prepare periodic sales reports, export forecasts, and market intelligence for management.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, or a related field.3–7 years of experience in export sales, preferably in technical textiles, industrial products, construction materials, or manufacturing.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Additional languages are an advantage.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Good understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, export documentation, and logistics.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
