Source and procure raw materials, mechanical and electrical components, spare parts, industrial equipment, and services required for manufacturing operations.
Prepare and process purchase requisitions (PRs), requests for quotation (RFQs), purchase orders (POs), and contracts in accordance with company procedures.
Identify, evaluate, and qualify suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery performance, and technical capability.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and commercial agreements to achieve the best value for the company.
Monitor supplier performance and ensure on-time delivery of materials and services.
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance departments to ensure procurement requirements are met.
Maintain optimal inventory levels by working closely with planning and warehouse teams.Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, and invoice discrepancies.
Conduct market research to identify new suppliers, products, and cost-saving opportunities.Maintain accurate procurement records and supplier databases within the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, ethical standards, and applicable regulations.
Prepare procurement reports, spend analysis, supplier performance evaluations, and cost-saving initiatives.
Support strategic sourcing and continuous improvement projects.
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Experience purchasing industrial materials, mechanical and electrical components, spare parts, and production equipment.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
