This is a 2-month intensive internship designed to bridge the gap between academic study and professional practice.
The program is structured as a "pre-hiring" evaluation period, where interns are treated as junior team members.Goal: To immerse the candidate in the technical, commercial, and operational aspects of HVAC Sales Engineering.Structure:Phase 1 (Weeks 1-2): Onboarding & Product Knowledge.
Training on company systems, portfolio (chillers, VRF, AHUs, etc.), and industry codes (ASHRAE, Egyptian Code).Phase 2 (Weeks 3-6): Hands-on Exposure.
Job shadowing in client meetings, support in preparing technical proposals, site visits, and assisting in tender documentation.Phase 3 (Weeks 7-8): Performance Evaluation.
Submission of a final project/case study and a formal review.The Conversion: Exceptional performers will be offered a full-time contract as a Junior HVAC Sales Engineer at the end of the 2-month period based on performance, technical aptitude, and team fit.
Academic Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Fresh Graduates or Senior Students).Technical Foundations: Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and HVAC system design principles.Software Proficiency:Basic to intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel for data analysis/costing, PowerPoint for presentations).Soft Skills:Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Arabic) for client interaction.Sales Mindset: A proactive, target-oriented personality with the ability to build rapport and persuade.Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail, specifically for reviewing technical specifications and BOQs (Bills of Quantities).Commitment: Must be available for a full-time, 2-month internship commitment (Sun–Thu).
