Financial ReportingPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Review the accuracy and completeness of financial reports before submission to management and regulators.Support the preparation of consolidated financial statements General AccountingManage the general ledger and oversee all accounting activities.Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing activities.Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities, and equity transactions.Maintain the chart of accounts and accounting policies.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with Egyptian tax laws, VAT regulations, labor-related financial obligations, and statutory reporting.Coordinate the preparation and submission of reports required by the Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA), Egyptian Exchange (EGX), and other governmental authorities.Monitor changes in accounting regulations and reporting standards.Audit ManagementCoordinate external and internal audit processes.Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation.Resolve audit findings and implement recommendations.Maintain strong relationships with auditors.Team LeadershipSupervise and develop the accounting team.Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.Coach, mentor, and provide technical guidance.Identify training and development needs.Systems & Process ImprovementEnsure effective utilization of ERP and financial systems.Improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency.Participate in finance transformation and automation initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.10+ years of accounting experience, Min 7 years of managerial experience .Strong knowledge of Financial reporting, GL, taxation, and compliance.Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Strong Leadership, Analytical, and Communication skills.CMA, CPA, or equivalent certification is a plus.
