With a strong focus on innovation and client satisfaction, El Nozha is dedicated to turning visions into reality with precision and reliability.Role DescriptionThe Site Engineer is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supervising and executing El Nozha's high-end finishing and fit-out projects across our sites in New Cairo/Madinaty and Port Said.
This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position for an engineer who leads the work on the ground — managing labor, technicians, and subcontractors, enforcing quality on premium finishes, and keeping the project on schedule and within specification.Day-to-day, you will supervise all finishing works stages (plastering, tiling, marble and cladding, gypsum, painting, and coordination with MEP works); read and interpret architectural and shop drawings; verify quantities against the BOQ; monitor material deliveries and consumption; and maintain strict quality and safety standards that match a luxury standard of finishing.
You will track daily progress, prepare site reports, coordinate closely with the technical office and management, and proactively flag any issues before they affect quality, cost, or timeline.This role demands presence, discipline, and accountability — the right engineer treats the site as their own and drives it to completion.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.3–5 years of hands-on site experience, preferably in high-end finishing, fit-out, or luxury residential projects.Strong technical knowledge of finishing works stages and quality standards (plastering, tiling, marble/cladding, gypsum, painting, and MEP coordination).Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings and to verify quantities against the BOQ.Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 is a plus).Proven ability to lead and manage labor, technicians, and subcontractors on-site, and to enforce quality and safety standards.Strong organizational, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Fluent Arabic is essential (for daily on-site management of teams and workers); working English is a plus.Full availability for a full-time, on-site role, with willingness to travel between project sites (New Cairo and Port Said) as needed.A committed, hard-working self-starter who takes full ownership of the work on the ground.
