Own the promise-to-doorstep operation.
Make sure every online order is picked, packed, dispatched, and delivered accurately, on time, and at the lowest sensible cost, and that returns are handled cleanly.
Protect the current 99 percent accuracy and fill rate while scaling.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Own end-to-end fulfilment from the Haram hub: picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile via the Shipday own fleet and the 3PL partners (Bosta, MB, Aramex).Drive down the pre-dispatch cancellation rate through faster order confirmation and cleaner order management.Manage the own-fleet and 3PL mix by governorate to hit the light-goods two-day and heavy-appliance five-day promise at the best cost.Own returns and reverse logistics; keep the 49 percent return tail controlled and its cost visible.Maintain order accuracy, fill rate, and stockout performance at or above current benchmark.Own COD reconciliation and cash-lag with Finance until the ERP automates it.Prepare fulfilment capacity for the seasonal peaks and stand up surge plans for Ramadan, Eid, and White Friday.
6+ years in e-commerce or retail operations, fulfilment, or last-mile logistics.Hands-on experience running an own delivery fleet plus 3PL partners.Command of WMS or ERP-driven order management (Edara or equivalent) and COD reconciliation.Track record improving delivery speed, accuracy, and cost simultaneously.Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
Arabic and English proficiency.
