We are looking for a presentable and energetic female candidate to join our team as a Customer Service, Receptionist & Social Media Specialist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing front desk activities, and supporting the company’s social media presence professionally and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:Welcome visitors and handle front desk activities professionally.Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails efficiently.Manage and follow up on customer requests and complaints. publish content on the company’s social media platforms.Reply to messages and comments on social media professionally.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication.Maintain organized records and reports when needed.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred.Previous experience in customer service, reception, or social media management is a plus.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good command of English.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Presentable appearance and professional attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.Ability to work under pressure and within a team environment.
