Overview: As our Store Keeper, you will be a pivotal player in maintaining the integrity of our supply chain and supporting our operational excellence.
You'll be responsible for the meticulous organization, storage, and distribution of materials, directly contributing to our overall efficiency and success.
Key Responsibilities:Receive and inspect incoming goods, verifying quantities against purchase orders and ensuring quality standards are met.Organize and store items efficiently in the warehouse, optimizing space and ensuring easy accessibility.Maintain accurate records of inventory movement, including receipts, dispatches, and returns, utilizing appropriate systems.Prepare and issue materials to various departments as per requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.Conduct regular stock counts and participate in inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with system records.Implement and adhere to all safety procedures and best practices within the warehouse environment.Collaborate effectively with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams to streamline processes.
