Accountant

Record all accounting transactions related to import and export activities.Follow up on purchase orders from issuance until receipt of shipments.Record commercial invoices in the accounting system.Calculate the Landed Cost of imported materials, including:Manufacturing costPurchase costInsuranceCustoms dutiesFreightTaxes and other applicable chargesReview all inventory transactions, including receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.Reconcile inventory balances between the accounting system and warehouse records.Review and verify inventory receipt and issue documents before approval.Prepare periodic inventory cost reports.Monitor product costs and ensure compliance with the company's pricing policy.Participate in periodic and annual inventory counts and analyze inventory variances. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.Solid knowledge of accounting principles and practices.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, Odoo) is a plus.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
