• Visit engineering consultants, architects, and design offices to promote the company's aluminum composite panel (ACP) and cladding solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key decision-makers within the construction industry.
• Secure product approvals, specifications, and vendor registrations in ongoing and upcoming projects.
• Prepare and submit technical documents, data sheets, test reports, certificates, and project submittals.
• Follow up on project approvals and accreditation processes with consultants and project stakeholders.
• Provide technical support to the sales team and participate in client meetings when required.
• Conduct technical presentations and product awareness sessions for consultants and clients.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Management regarding project opportunities and consultant feedback.
• Maintain records of approved projects, consultant databases, and project pipelines.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• 2–4 years of experience in specifications, technical sales, consultant relations, business development, or technical support within the construction industry.
• Experience in aluminum composite panels (ACP), cladding, façades, building materials, architectural finishes, or related construction products is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of construction projects, consultant approvals, and vendor registration processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Presentable, professional, and comfortable conducting external meetings and consultant visits.
• Valid driver's license is preferred.
