Technical Office Engineer (Revit) (Interior scope)

Job SummaryUA+ is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented MID-level BIM Technical Engineer to support the BIM and design team in developing accurate drawings and models for interior design and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, technically capable, and ready to grow within a fast-paced, high-performance environment. 2. Key Responsibilities 2.1 BIM Modeling & Drafting Support Assist in developing BIM models using Autodesk Revit Prepare basic shop drawings, including: Layouts (plans, partitions, ceilings, flooring) Simple sections and details Update drawings based on senior team feedback Maintain accuracy and consistency in all drawings 2.2 Documentation & Data Management Upload and manage drawings on Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Ensure correct versioning and document control procedures 2.3 Coordination Support Assist in coordination between disciplines (Architectural, MEP, Structural) Help identify basic clashes under supervision Implement corrections as directed by senior team members 2.4 Site & Project Support Revise drawings based on site instructions and markups Support in preparing as-built drawings Assist with quantity take-offs from BIM models when required 2.5 Standards & Quality Control Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and families Review and validate drawings produced by junior team members Ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements and company standards Maintain consistency in documentation across all projects 2.6 Learning & Development Continuously improve skills in BIM tools and workflows Learn company standards, detailing methods, and construction practices Participate in training sessions and team knowledge sharing 3. Requirements 3.1 Experience 4–7 years of experience in drafting or BIM Previous experience in interior design or construction is a plus 3.2 Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Experience in clash detection workflows Strong detailing capabilities, especially in joinery and fit-out elements 3.3 Knowledge & Competencies Strong understanding of shop drawing production and IFC packages Familiarity with fit-out construction methodologies and materials In GCC Knowledge of BIM standards and levels of development (LOD) 4. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field BIM certification is an advantage 5. Performance Expectations  Deliver accurate and coordinated drawing packages on time  Maintain high-quality BIM standards across all projects  Ensure minimal design conflicts during construction phase  Contribute to team efficiency and knowledge sharing 3.
