Bids & Proposal Engineer

Responsibilities and Duties: • Analyze customer RFQs (Request for Quotations), specifications, and tender documents. • Study and collect all information needed to prepare the proposal. • Negotiation with suppliers to get best commercial condition. • Prepare accurate and competitive technical and commercial proposals. • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to gather necessary inputs for proposal preparation. • Prepare cost estimates and support pricing strategies. • Ensure all submissions comply with technical requirements, deadlines, and internal approval processes. • Following up on status of opportunity with clients • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. • Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales. • Basic understanding of electrical systems and industrial applications Specific skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal). • Bachelor's degree in electrical, Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering. • Approximately 1 year of relevant experience in proposals, estimation, or technical sales. • Basic understanding of electrical systems and industrial applications Specific skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word). • Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
