We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant responsible for designing, developing, and supporting technical solutions within Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Key Responsibilities 1. Technical DevelopmentDevelop and customize solutions using:BI Publisher (BIP) ReportsOTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)HCM ExtractsCreate Fast Formulas and support functional configurationsWork on HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDLIntegration using SOAP & REST APIsFile-based data import/export (FBDI)Build inbound & outbound integrations between Fusion HCM and third-party systems (Payroll, Banks, etc.) 2. Data Migration & ConversionPerform data migration using:HDL / HSDLSpreadsheet loadersValidate and reconcile migrated data 3. Reporting & AnalyticsDevelop:BI Publisher ReportsOTBI DashboardsCustomize standard reports based on business requirements 4. Security & ExtensionsWork on:Role-based security (RBAC)Data security policiesDevelop Page Composer / Visual Builder (VB) extensions 6.
