Lead and support field service activities, including installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance (PPM), corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs.Act as the technical escalation point (Level 2/3) for complex troubleshooting.Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards, company procedures, and HSE requirements.Participate in major installations, testing, commissioning, and customer handover.Provide technical coaching and guidance to the service team.Plan and allocate daily and weekly service schedules.Optimize manpower utilization and monitor team productivity.Approve leave requests, field expenses, overtime, and local travel in line with company policies.Monitor service quality, KPIs, reporting, and timely completion of assigned activities.Conduct monthly performance evaluations and recommend development, rewards, or corrective actions.Build a high-performance, customer-focused team culture.Ensure professional conduct, safety compliance, and excellent customer communication.Resolve technical and operational challenges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Support recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and continuous development of engineers and technicians.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or equivalent).Minimum 8 years of Field Service experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.Preferable Hands-on experience with security systems is highly preferred (X-ray Scanners, Metal Detectors, Access Control, Barriers, Bollards, etc.).Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software systems.Excellent leadership, planning, communication, coaching, and customer relationship skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and service reporting systems.Willingness to travel as required.
