A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive experience in technical office management within the architecture and design industry, with a mandatory focus on landscape projects.Proven expertise in Design, Technical Office Engineering, Revit Architecture, BIM Modeling, and AutoCAD Architecture.Demonstrable experience in leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a high-performance environment.Exceptional project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Strong understanding of landscape architecture principles, construction methods, and materials.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities, with a capacity to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.A proactive problem-solver with a meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Career Level: This is a Manager level position, requiring seasoned leadership and strategic input.
