Maintain office cleanliness and organization.Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors.Assist with meeting room setup and hospitality arrangements.Handle document delivery, photocopying, scanning, and filing.Support administrative and office-related tasks as assigned.Assist with purchasing office supplies and maintaining inventory.Coordinate with external service providers when required.
Candidates will be required to communicate with foreign staff and visitors in English on a daily basis.Previous experience in an office support, office assistant, hospitality, or similar role is preferred.Professional appearance and positive attitude.Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.Ability to work in New Cairo.
